Start with the requirement
Tell us the product, application, expected quantity, destination and delivery period. Share an existing specification or describe the performance you need. We use this brief to assess sourcing options; availability and order conditions are confirmed for the selected product.
From supplier coordination to sample review
We coordinate questions between the buyer and the proposed supply source. Product information, relevant technical documents and sample requirements are discussed before approval. The buyer’s acceptance criteria should be clear; a sample or document does not replace an agreed product specification.
Packaging and private label
Retail, bulk, custom packaging and own-brand needs are assessed to the customer’s brief. Pack size, materials, artwork, label language and handling requirements are not restricted to a fixed list. Technical feasibility, supplier capability and order conditions must be confirmed.
Agreeing the operating scope
The quotation should identify the product, quantity, packaging, commercial terms and delivery responsibilities. We follow agreed documentation and logistics steps within the project scope. Inspection, testing, freight or other specialist services are included only when specifically agreed; damage-free delivery or risk-free trade is not promised.
